Notice – By virtue of a writ issued from the Circuit Court of Sevier county and to me directed, I will expose to public sale, for ready money at the Courthouse door in Sevierville, on Monday the 6th day of March, 1843, all the right, title, claim and interest that Jeremiah Clark has in and to one tract of land, containing one hundred and thirty acres, more or less, adjoining the lands of F S Emitt and Cleason Robison and others; situated in Sevier county in District No. 4. Levied on as the property of the said Clark to satisfy a judgment and cost, one in favor of McCown & Brabson recovered against Eli Roberts and Jeremiah Clark, before J C Yell, a justice of the peace for Sevier county.
