In obedience to a decree of the Chancery Court at Sevierville, I will offer for sale to the highest bidder at the Courthouse door in Sevierville on the 10th day of March, next, the following described tracts of land (with the exception of two-thirds of the gold thereon) to wit: one tract containing 1,000 acres lying on the Little East fork of the Little Pigeon River, in Sevier county, upon which is situated the extensive and valuable furnace, known by the name of Sweden Furnace, and one other tract adjoining the same containing 2,000 acres, to satisfy and decree that Wm C Roadman, obtained in the Chancery Court at Sevierville, vs., Wm K Love & brothers. . .
