Member of the Tennessee Senate, 19th and 20th General Assemblies, 1831-35; representing counties of Cocke, Greene, Sevier, and Washington; Democrat. Date and place of birth not found; son of Robert Wyly. In 1817 he was licensed to practice law in Greene County, where he lived during his legislative tenure. He removed to Missouri in 1835; no later record of Senator Wyly.
